1975 Triumph TR6 125bhp CR Chassis. Presented in Pimento Red with a Black interior and black soft top. 50122 warranted miles.
The TR6 was introduced in 1968, and was the best-seller of all the TR range. TR6s featured in-line six-cylinder engines, and like the TR5, it was fuel-injected for all markets except the US. The Lucas mechanical fuel injection system helped produce 150 bhp at model introduction, but it was later detuned to 125 bhp. The TR6 had a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, semi-trailing arm independent rear suspension, rack and pinion steering, pile carpet, bucket seats, and full instrumentation. Braking was by front disc brakes, and drum brakes at the rear. A factory steel hardtop was optional. The TR6 dashboard was wooden, and factory options included, a rear anti-roll bar and a limited-slip differential.
The heritage certificate shows this car is a UK RHD home market car and is still presented in its original colour of pimento red with black Ambla interior and supplied new to a Mr Coleman of Melton Mowbray. The car has had just 5 owners in it's life with all MOT certificates warranting this low mileage of just 50122. The car comes with a large history folder showing the car has been cherished over it's life and i still presenting well today. The car has recently benefitted from a new fuel pump and has an MOT till 1st September 2023 with no advisories. The overall condition of this car is fantastic and drives just as you would expect.
