1974 Triumph Stag 3.0 V8 Manual Overdrive. Mimosa Yellow with a black mohair hood and brown upholstery.
This Triumph Stag was with the previous owner since 2010 and has undergone a major restoration in that time having a full bare metal respray, cylinder heads removed and reconditioned and the engine rebuilt, front and rear suspension including new spring, Gaz adjustable shock absorbers and all rubbers repacked with polybushes, Webber carburettor fitted (original strombergs available with the car), stainless steel exhaust. The car also benefited from a new hood, new carpets, 3 point seatbelts fitted to the rear and upgraded the headlights. Since completion the car has been used and enjoyed on many sunny days and garaged when not in use. The car comes with its V5, a stack of invoices and a heritage certificate and boxes of spares. A good solid usable classic ready to be enjoyed in the upcoming summer months.
Upon test drive this V8 Stag roared into life with a beautiful sounding engine with the gearbox running smoothly and working overdrive. A very well locked after Stag ready to be enjoyed and would be great to form part of a collection and would really stand out on any show ground. Absolutely any inspection is welcome.
