MORRIS MINOR Traveller 1000 1967

vehicle overview

1967 Morris Minor Traveller 1000. Trafalgar blue with blue leather upholstery. Totally rebuilt by Charles Ware's in 2007 with receipt and photographic record for around £18,000. The car has done just over 2,000 miles since the restoration. The engine was fully re-conditioned to unleaded specification. All the timber was renewed and the bodywork totally stripped and rebuilt and professionally refinished paintwork. All panels were either replaced or repaired during the re-build and the underside was completely renewed. It has a 5 speed gearbox conversion which is a delight and very precise with no transmission noise. The brakes have been upgraded to include a Servo. There is also a hidden battery cut-off switch for security. The interior has been re-upholstered in a lovely light blue leather with matching colour carpets and has a CD Radio discreetly hidden in the glove box with speakers placed out of sight under the dashboard. The headlining was all renewed and still looks new. The car retains its original steering wheel. The car starts instantly and drives beautifully with a lovely sharp feel and parpy little exhaust note. A great investment and a real rarity to find one in this condition. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. Viewing is highly recommended and we know you won't be disappointed. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Please contact us for any further information. Delivery can be arranged.
