vehicle overview

1955 Morris Minor Series II Deluxe Tourer. Genuine factory convertible. Empire Green with green upholstery and a beige hood. This beautiful Morris has been restored by The London Morris Minor Centre in 2005 at a cost of over £10000 and is still in lovely order today. It has been with its former keeper for 40 years and comes complete with the original buff log book, British Museum Heritage Certificate and all of the invoices for the restoration. The Morris starts on the button and has been upgraded to servo assisted brakes. The interior is in very good order and the carpets are excellent, the car is even fitted with a wooden Les Leston steering wheel, the soft top is also in good condition with a tidy frame. The paintwork is very bright and displays a lovely sheen. On road test the car drove without fault with a strong engine, smooth gearbox and good brakes. This Morris is just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands and enjoy the summer season ahead. The car is now MOT exempt however a new MOT will be added upon sale.
