1931 Morris Minor Two Seater Tourer in Maroon with black interior and beige vinyl hood. The pre-war Minor was launched to compete with the Austin Seven and was assembled at Morris's Cowley plant from 1929 until 1934. Closely related to the MG M type but with less fussy side valve engine, the little Morris can be relied on to provide miles of smiles linked to easy maintenance and economy. This was Morris Motor’s answer to the Austin Seven, which had gained various sporty derivatives by this time.
This charming Morris had a full rebuild between 2003 – 2005 all of which is documented by photographs in the history file. Having been with its last owner for over ten years recent work includes a new fuel tank, new battery and the starter overhauled. Upon test drive this little Morris was great to drive, turning heads she is a lovely little car for journeys on sunny days. A good strong engine and smooth gearbox she drives just as she should and is ready to be enjoyed. Would be a fantastic car to take to local shows or to form part of a collection this Morris is waiting to find her new home. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit cards accepted.
