MG MGB GT Manual Overdrive 1966

vehicle overview

1966 MGB GT MK1. Stunning car in Grampian Grey with red leather and black piping and deep red carpets. This fantastic MGB was supplied by W.H.Baker (Wallingford) Ltd and registered on 22nd September 1966 for Mr Eric Williams who was the Manager of the local branch of Westminster Bank. We have a history file with a letter from the second owner who purchased the car in 1976 confirming the mileage when he purchased the car and all MOT certificates since. In 2008 the MGB was subject to a full nut and bolt restoration and we have copies of the invoices for all parts supplied and photographs detailing the work. Also in the history folder is the original log book issued in 1966, the original service book and service sheets and a collection of old tax discs as well as many bills and invoices. The car performs faultlessly with excellent oil pressure, a very strong engine and working overdrive in third and fourth gears. The factory steering wheel and wire wheels complete the look of this beautiful MGB. A fresh MOT will be applied along with 12 months road fund licence. You will not be disappointed with this wonderful classic and viewing is highly recommended. Remarkable in both condition and history, this is a vehicle that any enthusiast would be very proud to own and enjoy. Absolutely any inspection welcome. Please call us for any more information. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
