JAGUAR MK

A rare UK supplied RHD Jaguar Mk1 3.4 Manual Overdrive, one of only a few dozen RHD cars still surviving worldwide today. First registered in June 1957 it has had six owners in total and shows just 54,052 miles on the clock which could well be correct given the overall condition of the car.
The previous owner acquired TYY 565 in 2013 and spent a considerable amount of money on it including a full suspension overhaul with many new parts, new carpets, new woodwork and refurbishment of the original leather upholstery. Prior to that it had also received a bare metal repaint and all new chrome. No doubt much other work has also been carried out over the years but unfortunately the car's history file was lost during a house move some time ago.
The car is in excellent condition throughout with a strong and quiet engine with good oil pressure and temperature. The overdrive works as it should and the brakes and suspension are in tip-top order. The paint and chromework are in fine condition as is the bodywork with no signs of filler or rust anywhere. A ramp inspection shows that the car is as good underneath as it is up top. Although it no longer needs one, it has an MOT until 11th September 2020 with no advisories recorded.
